If a user accepts a certificate based on its Common Name (CN), Safari also implicitly trusts all domain names listed in the subjectAltName field, even if they are unrelated. This medium-complexity vulnerability (CVSS 4.3) could allow remote attackers to spoof websites by tricking users into accepting invalid certificates, leading to information disclosure (I:P).
