CVE-2007-4747 describes an authentication bypass vulnerability in the telnet service of several Cisco Video Surveillance products, including IP Gateway Encoder/Decoder, SP/ISP Decoder Software, and SP/ISP firmware versions 1.8.1 and earlier, 1.11.0 and earlier, and 1.23.7 and earlier, respectively. This critical flaw, with a CVSS score of 10.0, allows unauthenticated remote attackers to perform administrative actions, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
