CVE-2007-4569 describes a critical authentication bypass vulnerability in KDM, the KDE Display Manager, affecting versions 3.3.0 through 3.5.7. When autologin and "shutdown with password" are enabled, remote attackers can bypass password requirements to log into arbitrary user accounts. This local attack, with low complexity and requiring authentication, carries a high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability, reflected in its CVSS score of 6.8.
