This flaw allows remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files by manipulating the sLanguage cookie with a ".." sequence, which is then used in config/general.php. With a CVSS score of 7.5, this vulnerability is considered highly severe, enabling unauthenticated attackers to achieve partial confidentiality, integrity, and availability impacts with low attack complexity.
