CVE-2007-1887 describes a buffer overflow vulnerability in the sqlite_decode_binary function within the bundled SQLite library in PHP versions 4 (before 4.4.5) and 5 (before 5.2.1), affecting various Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions. This flaw allows unauthenticated, remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by providing a specially crafted empty input to functions like sqlite_udf_decode_binary.
