CVE-2007-1168 describes a critical vulnerability in Trend Micro ServerProtect for Linux (SPLX) versions 1.25, 1.3, and 2.5 prior to the 20070216 patch. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to access arbitrary web pages and reconfigure the product by manipulating the splx_2376_info cookie via HTTP requests to port 14942/tcp. With a CVSS score of 7.5, this vulnerability is considered highly severe due to its network-based attack vector, low attack complexity, and potential for partial compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
