CVE-2006-6435 describes a vulnerability in the SNMP implementation of various Xerox WorkCentre and WorkCentre Pro models, specifically versions before 12.050.03.000, 13.x before 13.050.03.000, and 14.x before 14.050.03.000. The flaw lies in the absence of authentication failure traps, which significantly eases brute-force attacks.
