CVE-2006-0374 describes multiple undocumented open ports on Advantage Century Telecommunication (ACT) P202S IP Phones running firmware 1.1.21. These vulnerabilities include an exposed VxWorks WDB remote debugging ONCRPC on UDP 17185, a network data reflection service via TCP 7 (echo), and unauthenticated access through rlogin on TCP 513. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), these issues allow remote attackers to obtain sensitive information, reflect network data, or gain unauthorized access without authentication.
