This flaw allows remote, unauthenticated attackers to potentially achieve complete compromise of the affected system through specially crafted IKE packets, as demonstrated by the PROTOS ISAKMP Test Suite. With a CVSS score of 10.0, indicating network-based exploitation with low attack complexity and full confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact, this vulnerability poses a severe risk.
