CVE-2002-1095 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator series software prior to version 2.5.2(F) when encryption is enabled. This medium-severity issue allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to trigger a system reload by attempting a connection via a Windows-based PPTP client with the "No Encryption" option selected.
