This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to trigger a denial of service and potentially execute arbitrary code by supplying excessively long filenames. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, posing risks of partial confidentiality, integrity, and availability compromise.
