CVE-2026-3796 is a high-severity improper access control vulnerability (CVSS 7.8) affecting Qi-ANXIN QAX Virus Removal up to 2025-10-22 and QAX Internet Control Gateway products. The flaw exists in the `ZwTerminateProcess` function within the `QKSecureIO_Imp.sys` Mini Filter Driver component. This allows a local attacker with low privileges to execute manipulation, leading to high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Although the attack is restricted to local execution, an exploit has been made publicly available. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, and community discussion and media coverage remain minimal.
