This flaw allows unauthenticated requests with an invalid session cookie to be treated as authenticated when the middleware's session validation fails. Rated 8.3 HIGH (CVSS), this vulnerability enables unauthorized access to protected pages and execution of privileged Next.js Server Actions, requiring only adjacent network access with no user interaction.
