CVE-2026-33281 is a high-severity denial-of-service vulnerability (CVSS 7.5) impacting Ella Core versions prior to 1.6.0, a 5G core designed for private networks. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this with low complexity by sending crafted NGAP messages containing invalid PDU Session IDs, which causes the core process to crash. This results in service disruption for all connected subscribers. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, nor are public exploit tools or significant community discussion available for this CVE.
