This key is used for all cryptographic operations, enabling unauthenticated attackers to forge upload tokens for arbitrary file uploads and decrypt sensitive admin configuration secrets like OIDC client secrets and SMTP passwords. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), the vulnerability has a network attack vector and low complexity, requiring no user interaction or privileges.
