CVE-2026-32865 is a critical vulnerability (CVSS 9.8) affecting OPEXUS eComplaint and eCASE versions prior to 10.1.0.0, where a secret password reset verification code is inadvertently exposed in the HTTP response. This allows an unauthenticated attacker, knowing only a user's email, to reset their password and security questions with low attack complexity and no user interaction, leading to full account compromise. Despite its severity, there is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion, and it is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog.
