CVE-2026-25651 is an open redirect vulnerability affecting versions 0.2.1 and 0.3.0 of the Node.js client-certificate-auth middleware. This vulnerability allows an attacker to redirect users to arbitrary domains by manipulating the unvalidated Host header during an HTTP to HTTPS redirect. Rated Medium (CVSS 6.1), the attack requires user interaction (UI:R) and could lead to information disclosure (C:L) and integrity impact (I:L), though it does not affect availability (A:N). There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage surrounding this CVE.
