CVE-2026-24741 is a path traversal vulnerability affecting ConvertX versions prior to 0.17.0, allowing an authenticated attacker to delete arbitrary files on the server. The vulnerability, rated 8.1 HIGH (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:H), stems from insufficient validation of the 'filename' parameter in the POST /delete endpoint, enabling attackers to use directory traversal sequences to delete files outside the intended uploads directory.
