CVE-2026-22198 is a pre-authentication stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting GestSup versions prior to 3.2.60. An unauthenticated attacker can inject malicious HTML/JavaScript into API error logs by crafting an X-API-KEY header in an API request. When an administrator views these logs, the injected content executes in their browser, leading to arbitrary script execution. This vulnerability has a CVSS score of 6.1 (Medium), indicating a network-based attack with low complexity, requiring user interaction (administrator viewing logs), and resulting in low impact to confidentiality and integrity. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage surrounding this CVE.
