This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to force the server to initiate HTTP GET requests to arbitrary URLs, potentially leading to internal network reconnaissance or interaction with internal services. Rated with a CVSSv4 score of 6.9 (Medium), the vulnerability has a network attack vector and low attack complexity, requiring no privileges or user interaction, with low impact on confidentiality and availability.
