CVE-2025-64525

33
FAUCET Score

CVE-2025-64525 is a medium-severity vulnerability affecting Astro web framework versions 2.16.0 through 5.15.4, where unsanitized x-forwarded-proto and x-forwarded-port request headers lead to URL construction issues. This flaw can result in middleware-based protected route bypass, DoS via cache poisoning, SSRF, URL pollution, and WAF bypass. While there is no evidence of active exploitation or Metasploit modules, Nuclei templates exist for detecting broken access control, and community discussion and media coverage are minimal.
