CVE-2025-62864 is a critical out-of-bounds write vulnerability affecting AmpereOne AC03, AC04, and M devices running specific firmware versions. An unauthenticated attacker can trigger this flaw remotely by sending an incorrectly formed SMC call to the UEFI-MM MMCommunicate service. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this vulnerability allows for complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability within the UEFI-MM Secure Partition.
