CVE-2025-61999 is a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in OPEXUS FOIAXpress versions prior to 11.13.3.0. An authenticated administrative user can upload a specially crafted SVG image containing malicious JavaScript, which then executes in the context of other users viewing affected pages. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 4.8) allows an attacker to steal session cookies, user credentials, or sensitive data by performing actions on behalf of the target. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
