CVE-2025-61996 is a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting OPEXUS FOIAXpress versions prior to 11.13.3.0. An authenticated administrative user can inject malicious JavaScript into the Annual Report Template, which then executes in the context of other users viewing the report. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 4.8) could lead to session hijacking, credential theft, or sensitive data exposure.
