It allows an attacker with OS root access to alter the Chassis Management Board firmware without authentication, a flaw designated as F04. This presents a severe risk of compromise (CWE-306) due to its network-based attack vector and low attack complexity, leading to potential complete loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
