It allows an authenticated attacker to overwrite arbitrary system files by exploiting the insecure use of the zip_file.extractall function when processing specially crafted compressed files, including those downloaded via links. With a CVSS score of 8.8, this vulnerability poses a significant risk of complete compromise (confidentiality, integrity, and availability).
