CVE-2025-55221 is a denial of service vulnerability affecting the Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU over TCP USB Functionality in Socomec DIRIS Digiware M-70 devices running firmware version 1.6.9. An unauthenticated attacker can trigger this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted Modbus TCP packet to port 502, leading to a denial of service. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction required.
