CVE-2025-48739 describes a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in StrangeBee TheHive versions 5.2.0-5.2.15, 5.3.0-5.3.10, 5.4.0-5.4.9, and 5.5.0. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 4.0: 4.6) allows authenticated administrative users to manipulate URLs, enabling them to proxy requests through the TheHive server to internal or restricted network resources. While requiring high privileges, this could lead to unauthorized access to other internal systems.
