CVE-2025-34334 is an authenticated command injection vulnerability in AudioCodes Fax Server and Auto-Attendant IVR appliances up to version 2.6.23. An authenticated attacker can exploit a flaw in the fax test functionality (TestFax.php) to inject arbitrary shell commands. This allows for arbitrary command execution with SYSTEM privileges, as the generated batch files are executed by a service running as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 8.8 (High) due to its network attack vector, low attack complexity, and high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no known active exploitation, publicly available exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage regarding this CVE.
