CVE-2025-34196 affects Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) Virtual Appliance Host versions prior to 25.1.102 and Application prior to 25.1.1413 (Windows client deployments). The vulnerability stems from hardcoded private keys for the PrinterLogic Certificate Authority (CA) and hardcoded passwords within product configuration files, which are shipped directly with the Windows client. This critical flaw (CVSS 9.8) allows an unauthenticated attacker to impersonate the CA, sign arbitrary certificates, intercept or decrypt TLS communications, and perform man-in-the-middle attacks. While the vulnerability is severe, there is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion.
