CVE-2025-30733 is a medium-severity vulnerability affecting the RDBMS Listener component of Oracle Database Server versions 19.3-19.26, 21.3-21.17, and 23.4-23.7. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via Oracle Net to compromise the RDBMS Listener, requiring human interaction from a non-attacker for successful exploitation. A successful attack can lead to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all RDBMS Listener-accessible data, with a CVSS 3.1 Base Score of 6.5 (Confidentiality impacts). Currently, there is no known active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage surrounding this vulnerability.
