CVE-2025-30208 is an arbitrary file read vulnerability in Vite, affecting versions prior to 6.2.3, 6.1.2, 6.0.12, 5.4.15, and 4.5.10. An attacker can bypass Vite's file access restrictions by appending specific query parameters to a URL, allowing them to retrieve the content of arbitrary files if the dev server is exposed to the network. This vulnerability has a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), indicating high confidentiality impact with no integrity or availability impact, and requires no user interaction.
