CVE-2025-12346 is a high-severity unrestricted upload vulnerability affecting MaxSite CMS up to version 109. Specifically, it allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files by manipulating the X-Requested-FileName/X-Requested-FileUpDir HTTP headers within the application/maxsite/admin/plugins/auto_post/uploads-require-maxsite.php component. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low privileges and no user interaction, potentially leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. While the exploit is publicly available, there is currently no evidence of active exploitation, nor are there Metasploit, Nuclei, or ExploitDB modules, and community discussion and media coverage are minimal.
