CVE-2024-9946 is an authentication bypass vulnerability affecting the Super Socializer plugin for WordPress, versions up to and including 7.13.68. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to log in as existing users by exploiting insufficient verification of social login tokens, provided they know the user's email and the user lacks an existing account with the social service. Rated 8.1 HIGH, the vulnerability has a network attack vector and high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability, though administrator accounts are only at risk if explicitly enabled for social login.
