This flaw allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to include and execute arbitrary PHP files, leading to potential code execution, data exfiltration, or access control bypass. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low privileges and no user interaction, enabling complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
