CVE-2024-48941 describes a 2FA bypass vulnerability in the Syracom Secure Login plugin for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket versions up to 3.1.4.5. Attackers can bypass two-factor authentication by interacting with the /rest endpoint, which is allowlisted by default. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 5.4) allows for low-impact compromise of confidentiality and integrity with low attack complexity.
