CVE-2024-47406 is a critical authentication bypass vulnerability affecting Sharp and Toshiba Tec Multi-Function Printers (MFPs), stemming from improper processing of HTTP authentication requests. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to gain full control over affected devices, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
