This flaw, stemming from improper missing encryption exception handling in the 'decrypt_value' and 'doCookieAuth' functions, allows unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user, including administrators, provided the user previously utilized the plugin's API and the 'openssl' PHP extension is not loaded on the server.
