CVE-2024-45066 is a critical command injection vulnerability affecting ProGauge MAGLINK LX CONSOLE and LX4 CONSOLE products and their firmware. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending a specially crafted POST request to the IP sub-menu, allowing for arbitrary command execution. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
