CVE-2024-3676 is an Improper Input Validation vulnerability in the Proofpoint Encryption endpoint of Proofpoint Enterprise Protection. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this to create unauthorized Encryption user accounts and send spoofed emails to internal domain users. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, leading to high integrity impact.
