This flaw allows authenticated administrators to force the web application to make requests to arbitrary internal or external locations, potentially querying or modifying sensitive information. With a CVSS score of 5.5 (Medium), it requires high privileges (Administrator-level access) but has low attack complexity and can lead to partial confidentiality and integrity impacts.
