CVE-2024-1325 describes a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in the Live Sales Notification for Woocommerce – Woomotiv WordPress plugin, affecting all versions up to and including 3.4.3. This flaw stems from inadequate nonce validation in the 'ajax_cancel_review' function. An unauthenticated attacker could exploit this by tricking a site administrator into clicking a malicious link, leading to the unauthorized resetting of the site's review count. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 4.3 (Medium) with a network attack vector and low attack complexity, but requires user interaction and only impacts integrity.
