This flaw allows an attacker to execute arbitrary operating system commands, potentially bypassing physical security controls. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (High), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network (ACS100) or via physical access (ACS300) with low attack complexity and no user interaction required, leading to high impacts on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
