CVE-2023-46683 is a post-authentication command injection vulnerability affecting the TP-Link ER7206 Omada Gigabit VPN Router (firmware version 1.3.0 build 20230322 Rel.70591) when configuring its WireGuard VPN functionality. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.2) allows an authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands by sending a specially crafted HTTP request, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. While the vulnerability requires prior authentication, there is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
