An authenticated attacker can exploit this flaw remotely by manipulating the "filter" parameter in requests to the /newapi/ endpoint, leading to the execution of arbitrary SQL queries on the backend database. This can result in high impact to confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the affected system. Currently, there is no public exploit code available, no evidence of active exploitation, and minimal community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
