CVE-2023-41119 is a privilege escalation vulnerability affecting EnterpriseDB Postgres Advanced Server versions prior to 11.21.32, 12.16.20, 13.12.16, 14.9.0, and 15.4.0. A low-privileged user can exploit the _dbms_aq_move_to_exception_queue function to execute arbitrary SELECT and DML commands as a superuser, leading to full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction.
