CVE-2023-4066 describes a medium-severity information disclosure vulnerability affecting Red Hat AMQ Broker, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, JBoss A-MQ, JBoss Middleware, and OpenShift Container Platform. The flaw allows certain passwords, stored in a secret security-properties-prop-module within the ActivemqArtemisSecurity CR, to be displayed in plaintext within the StatefulSet details YAML of AMQ Broker. This local vulnerability (CVSS 5.5) could lead to high confidentiality impact if an attacker gains local access to the system.
