CVE-2023-37554 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting multiple versions of CODESYS products. An authenticated attacker can trigger this by sending specially crafted network requests, causing the CmpAppBP component to read from an invalid memory address. With a CVSS score of 6.5 (Medium), it requires prior authentication but has low attack complexity and can lead to a complete loss of availability. There is currently no public exploit code available, it is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog, and community discussion is minimal.
