CVE-2023-36622 is a high-severity OS command injection vulnerability (CVSS 7.2) affecting Loxone Miniserver Go Gen.2 devices running firmware versions prior to 14.1.5.9. This flaw allows remote authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary operating system commands by manipulating the timezone parameter within the websocket configuration endpoint. While the vulnerability requires administrator credentials, successful exploitation could lead to full compromise of the device, resulting in high impact to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Currently, there is no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage surrounding this CVE.
