CVE-2023-3361 is a critical vulnerability in Red Hat OpenShift Data Science and Open Data Hub Dashboard. This flaw allows S3 credentials to be inadvertently saved in plain text within exported pipeline files (Python DSL or YAML) when using the Elyra notebook pipeline editor, rather than referencing a Kubernetes secret. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability presents a significant risk of information disclosure, as an unauthenticated attacker could potentially gain access to sensitive S3 credentials.
